Lauren grew up in Los Angeles and has been living in the South Brentwood/West LA area for over 25 years. She has been an SBRA Board Member for the past several years, focusing on transportation issues. Lauren has served in various Transportation positions on the Brentwood Community Council. She is also on the board of and volunteers with Meals on Wheels - West Los Angeles.
When not working on neighborhood issues, she runs Cole Media, a business strategy consulting firm focusing on media and technology companies. www.colemediala.com

Elyse has held the office of President and Vice President since 2007 as an officer. She has been on the Board of Directors since 2001 and an SBRA member since 1999. She has been a member of or chaired the Annual General Meeting Committee since 2007. She serves as the Brentwood Community Council alternate representing South Brentwood. Elyse is a successful realtor with Rodeo Realty in Brentwood.

Chelsea has lived in South Brentwood for seven years and became involved with the South Brentwood Residents Association in 2024. Deeply committed to community safety and neighborhood engagement, she believes South Brentwood's strength lies in its caring and collaborative spirit. She lives with her husband and five-year-old son and enjoys being part of a vibrant, family-oriented neighborhood. As an art advisor who works with collectors of contemporary art, Chelsea brings a passion for fostering connection through culture.

Marshall has lived in South Brentwood since 2018. Originally from Santa Barbara, he can often be seen walking his dog, Lindley, along the grass-lined sidewalks in the mornings and evenings.
He hopes to help make the neighborhood safer for pedestrians and cyclists.

Barbara joined SBRA with the desire of maintaining the character of Brentwood, keeping the neighborhood safe as well as meeting her neighbors and businesses with these same values. A 25+ year resident of Brentwood, she has organized and participated in street clean ups, trained with the LA Fire Dept as a CERT volunteer, acts as an advocate for safer sidewalks and supportive housing for encampments.
Outside of SBRA, Barbara volunteers with Reading to a Child, Brentwood Community Council Safety & Homeless Committees along with serving on her HOA board of directors. An art enthusiast at heart, she enjoys all that Los Angeles offers in the way of creative expression.

Lily Campbell has lived in Brentwood since 2017. She joined the South Brentwood Residents Association out of a passion for public safety and walkability, and is committed to helping keep the neighborhood safe and accessible for everyone who lives here.
Professionally, she works in the public safety technology space. She also leads Brooke's Angels, a fundraising team supporting the American Cancer Society's breast cancer research in honor of her Aunt Brooke.
Outside of SBRA, she enjoys reading historical fiction novels and trying her hand at recipes from different cultures.

A second generation native Los Angeleno, Janna has lived in South Brentwood for almost 50 years. She loves the Brentwood neighborhood and is becoming increasingly concerned about crime, traffic and other local disturbances. A new member of the SBRA, Janna joined in hopes of meeting her neighbors and working together to improve the safety of the community.
Janna is a Screenplay Consultant, having worked at Paramount, Fox, Disney and Warner Brothers Studios. Her projects include "ARTHUR", "GOOD MORNING, VIETNAM" and "BAND OF BROTHERS." She has been the President of her Condominium Association for 4 years and has improved the beauty of her building while creating a true camaraderie between her unit owners and tenants.

Ric Levis-Fitzgerald and his family have lived on Wellesley Avenue for more than 30 years. His two sons grew up in the neighborhood and are recent UCLA graduates, and his husband recently retired after a long career at UCLA.
A proud Indiana University Hoosier, Ric has worked in legal technology sales for 35 years and currently serves as a vice president of sales.
Ric’s family has volunteered with Meals on Wheels West Los Angeles for five years, delivering meals to local veterans, and has supported orphanages in Tijuana for more than 15 years.
After hosting an annual Wellesley block party for seven years, Ric joined the SBRA Board to help strengthen neighborhood relationships, welcome new residents and renew South Brentwood’s sense of community. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and walking his dogs through the neighborhood.

My name is Jonathan Moftakhar and I join the SBRA board with a background in residential development and brokerage, having built numerous single-family homes, condos and apartments.
I am greatly interested in urban planning concepts and embrace principles of walkability, mass transportation and dynamic communities.
I am thrilled to see the Brentwood community thriving as evidenced by the numerous new businesses and an active pedestrian community. I look forward to advancing the goals of SBRA and its constituency.

Ronak and his family have called Brentwood home for more than 17 years. A seasoned technical and business consultant with over 30 years of experience, he also brings a background of more than four decades in real estate and investment management. Earlier in his career, Ronak owned and operated restaurants/bars in San Francisco—an experience that gave him a deep, firsthand appreciation for the delicate balance between local businesses, safe streets, and vibrant community life.
At his core, Ronak believes that a great neighborhood is built on personal connections. To him, community thrives when neighbors know each other, stay in touch, and look out for one another. Whether welcoming a new family to the block or supporting local businesses along walkable streets, Ronak is passionate about preserving South Brentwood’s close-knit spirit and ensuring every resident feels connected, heard, and at home.
When he is not working, Ronak enjoys spending time with his family, especially his 2½-year-old daughter, who is in training to become a little princess. He also loves working on and racing cars and exploring new restaurants and watering holes.

Armando (Armen) Pandola is an East Coast transplant who moved to Brentwood in 2016. Seeing our beautiful city with fresh eyes, he has wondered at its beauty and potential, but has also been surprised at the need for constant vigilance to keep it safe and beautiful. He knows how important a strong community spirit is to a neighborhood.
A former civil rights, land use and trial attorney, Armando is committed to engaging our police, our public community services and our developers for the benefit of our community. As a writer (his website is itsjustamovie.com), he is an active part of our community's vibrant arts scene.

Alisa is a resident of South Brentwood and the owner of Morgenthaler Law Group, Inc, a law firm located in South Brentwood which specializes in providing litigation services to local businesses. She has been practicing law for over 30 years.
Alisa is also the President of the Board of Directors of the Mayfield Gardens Townhomes Association in South Brentwood, a member of the Board of the Brentwood Community Council and a long-time board member of the LARC Foundation, which owns and operates a residential community for disabled adults in Santa Clarita, California.
